  • Ok so I’m finally updating.  This has been the longest I’ve ever
    gone without an update, a whole 23 days.  Absolutely insane. 
    So, where to start off?  My brother had a birthday party for his
    wife (my sister-in-law) at the same place we went for our senior prom
    dinner, Deep Fork Grill.  – Since I got him to love the game of
    poker, he made it a poker-themed party…

    Pretty much… everyone got drunk, played poker (with no focus on the
    game) — there wasn’t a prize for winning, so it was all in good fun…
    and inebriation.  I actually had a 38 year old married woman
    (husband present) hit on me billions of times.  Telling me “You
    are just like my husband years ago” and telling me of my future in
    college “Having lots of great sex”  -  She was really really
    drunk.

    Anyways — not much had been going on after that.  I hung out with
    Josh Perkins quite a lot since he was leaving soon, and now he is
    gone… We’ll miss you Perk! 

    Josh wants a Black S2K when he gets back… lets hope he finds one — it would be awesome if he did!

    The 4th of July was a blast at Anne’s lakehouse once again… thanks
    Anne for having us, even though it is hellacious to get in and out of
    that place when its so crowded!

    In other news… my dad won a 42″ Plasma screen tv (the flat panel
    ones) — It’s pretty awesome… and he bought a new car
    yesterday!

    Awesome car…  still does 0-60mph
    in 6.4 seconds!  Along with tons of luxury things (voice
    activation everything, navigation, etc) it’s pretty sweet — definately
    a step up from his Intrepid… I’m glad he finally got something he’ll
    enjoy

    Going to look for apartments tomorrow, I hope to find one!  Yes,
    I’m going to UCO.   I got a FaceBook as well… its pretty
    cool -  FaceBook

  • Last night I was TP’d one times too many…  Must have been the 15th time, seriously.

    As some may know, one of my brick driveway entrances had been knocked
    down unintentionally by a certain someone (anonymous) — no big deal,
    simple fix.  Then my friend Luke managed to get his 1980′s Ford
    F-150 clear in the middle of my front yard the same night as the huge
    storm…  Hugest ruts I’ve ever seen.  Both accidents though, its all good.  And then I got
    TP’d last night at 2:30am.

    So they rang the doorbell and there is some 2-week dead boar-raccoon
    roadkill on my front porch.  They saran wrapped the hell out of my
    driveway enterances, and also managed to cut a penis shaped figure out
    of cardboard and hoist it up on my flagpole…  — keep in mind
    this exact thing has been done before, proven to be by my
    friends…  Had Animal Control come pick up the roadkill… that
    thing was honestly 10-15 pounds.  It didn’t smell quite like roses
    either.  Who would handle something like that?? I wonder the same thing… that’s nasty as hell.

    No confessions yet, but that doesn’t really matter.  Found the
    receipt for the TP and I’ve got the police on it now.  They’re
    checkin out
    the video surveillance of that transaction tomorrow.  Yeah…
    whoever did that is in deep shee-ite.

    Oh… and listen to the song all the way through — don’t talk trash on the Ukulele :)

  • Sorry for the last entry… I know it was a lame excuse… but hey, I was feeling lazy!

    My little nephew Ethan is now 10 weeks old… I probably should have
    played the Rocky song for this post, but I can’t resist the Mighty
    Mighty Bosstones…

    Don’t worry, Be Happy now!

    That’s my boy… err, nephew.  He
    had to have surgery for a little stomach problem he had, but that last
    picture was post-surgery, so as you can see he’s feeling quite good now.

    In other news, I went to see The Longest Yard with Katie — and like
    everyone else says, that movie is absolutely awesome.  The only
    part I DID NOT like was how McDonalds obviously paid the producers a
    crapload to implement McLanguage into 1 of every 5 scenes in the
    movie.  That McSucked!   — However, I wouldn’t mind seeing
    it another 3 times… it was that good.

    There has also been quite a lot of poker games… most of which have gone mostly my way.  Pretty good times.

    That’s about it for now… I MIGHT edit this post… I just might.

    • A new summer has started…  I’m sure it’ll be the best one yet…

      Thanks to Anne for having an awesome party at her lake house…  I
      had a great time as did Tony: “You lied to me Shrek, you lied!”  -
      and Andrew managed to eat a WHOLE white onion… just like an
      apple.  It was hilarious, wasn’t it Andrew?

      As some of you may know,
      I have a new job…  some of you have already seen me walking
      around like a bum in a couple of neighborhoods!  That’d be me
      going door-to-door handing out flyers for my brother-in-law’s new
      business.  It’s kinda fun, yet extremely repetative.

      Now, since I have nothing more to add to this post, I will post some pics… who could live without ‘em?  Not me!

    • Congratulations Graduates…

      Some
      people are saddened that they are leaving High School, but I’m nothing
      but happy.  Sure a lot of my friends will be missed, but what can
      we do except for try to keep in touch with the ones that are really
      close to us?  At least we’ll get to see them in the summer and on
      select weekends…

    • And now for Driv’s weekly entry…

      Very good weekend…  To start, friday sorta sucked with all the
      rain and boredom.  Saturday was full of awesomeness though. 
      To start off, I met up with Josh and Sara after work at an “Unknown”
      construction site…  We messed around with forklifts and other
      types of machinery.  I went home and went to Paul & Cary’s
      house later that night.

      Josh wanted everyone including me  to watch “THE VIDEO” — Yes the video of
      Josh (in the Integra GSR) beating my ass in a race from numerous
      rolls.  If you guys don’t remember, I admitted defeat and joked
      around about how he had NOS (Nitrous Oxide)  -  Off and on he
      joked around with me about it and every time I was like “shut up you
      didn’t have NOS”  -

      On Friday night he decided to show me his NOS…  I looked behind
      his passenger seat and there it was… a 16oz can of NOS energy
      drink… Hilarious, but it made me aggrivated knowing that I almost
      reached happiness — knowing that my car was still fast. 

      Anyways, after the video Josh made a little one of himself… I’m pretty sure it went like this:

      “Troy, if you’re watching this right now I am probably in Basic right
      now”…   They opened his trunk and I was expecting NOS, but
      nope… wasn’t there.  Josh then went behind his seat and revealed
      one huge 15 pound bottle of the good stuff… real NOS — something
      that looks like…

      They video-taped my reaction… I was
      sorta stunned.  He had all of the components hidden really well in his engine bay… I
      couldn’t believe it.  If I knew more about NOS setups I might have
      been able to tell, but I couldn’t. — Anyways, they are making a
      huge compilation video, and I will for sure post it up here whenever it
      is finished.

      We went to the construction site later that night and had about 3 times as much fun as before… that place is just huge.

      Yearbooks are Wednesday,  Graduation is Friday, and I have to take
      every one of my finals… so the last day of school for me is Thursday
      of next week :(

      Can’t wait ’til next weekend, the parties will be insanely awesome.

      I would also like to add that Zach Glasgow has finally resurrected HIS XANGA – Zach, please make another post about “Nasty”

    • Well the weekend is here and it has been fun… hung out with  Evan, Josh, Max,
      Kelsey, Sarah, and Robin… just a pretty relaxing night last night.  Tonight
      I’m not all that sure what I’m doing, maybe some cruising, maybe some
      poker, maybe a party, who knows.

      In other news…


      The time has come…


      After 20 months, I have decided to quit
      Target.  I put my two-weeks notice in a few days ago, and my last
      day of work is on the 21st of this month.  It was my first real
      job not including the firework stand I worked at…  Will I miss
      it???  Hardly.


      Terms like “LOD” and “GSTL” will never have to be said again… 
      nor will I have to hear the automated walkie-talkie machine lady say
      “This is your restroom check up reminder, the last hourly checkup was
      incomplete, who is responding?”  again either!  It feels
      great.  I’m sure some of you remember the lady I talked about a
      billion posts back…  I won’t have to see this sheman either…  Yes it is a GIRL.


      Ehhh, sorry I posted that… AGAIN.  Should I take it off?


      But, that’s not to say that many will not be missed, like my good
      friend Andy Traxler… who was left  with no other expression than
      this when he found out the bad news…

    • Prom night is over, and it was a blast!

      Well to start off, of course there are always billions of pictures at
      each and every house with 2+ cameras…  ehhh… tired of smiling
      by then ya know? But, after that I followed the awesome limo driver
      (who had a mustache, mind you) to Deep Fork Grill… This restaraunt
      was amazing… 

      We had our own room upstairs with stars on the
      ceiling and even a couch.  Not to mention the service was
      outstanding… Haha I have never been waited on so abruptly.  I
      went to the bathroom and put  my napkin on my seat… the guy
      walks by 5 seconds later and folds it up and puts it over my
      chair…  sweet.  Good desert and everything, just not nearly
      enough room to eat it… good enough for a picture though!

      After dinner we headed to prom…  My date of course being Sharyl…

        

      My camera is screwed, so I decided to jack this picture off of the
      partypics site… I will update with group shots if I can get my camera
      working again…

      So, after prom a bunch of people went to
      Mack’s house… which was without a doubt some of the most fun I’ve
      ever had… ever.  Thank you Mackers, you’re my hero.  
      Well, I’m gonna go ahead and hit the shower…  it was nice
