  • Edit
    –  That concert kicked so much ass.  Starting bands were “30
Seconds To Mars” and “Seether” -  Audioslave played for 2 hours…
it was so awesome.  As you may know, the singer for Audioslave
came from the band Soundgarden, and the rest of the band (guitar, bass,
drums) came from Rage Against The Machine.  They played old
Soundgarden songs (Black Hole Sun, Outshined) and Rage Against the
Machine Songs (Bulls on Parade w/out vocal, some other song, and
Killing in the Name Of (singer did an awesome job too) – absolutely crazy)   Anyways, it was
really cool how they tied all the three bands into once concert.  Had a great time.

I did have RATM – :Killing In The Name Of” playing on here… but it’s
bit hardcore for general liking, so this is Audioslave – Be Yourself…
    one of their softer songs.

    This Friday…

It will be my first concert ever (I know, I know)… so it’ll definately be awesome.

    I just ordered…

    60GB iPod Video
Just hit the market 4 hours ago.  Finally in Black, bigger screen too. I’m excited.

My nephew got his pictures taken

I entered him into a baby photo contest… if you want to help out, go HERE and enter contestant # 33035 –  Of course, it wouldn’t hurt to vote a 2 on the others either… haha (A 1 doesn’t do any good).  Hopefully he’ll win, we’ll see.

School is going excellent.  I can’t wait for fall break – As Brent said, expect a big poker tournament.

  • Ladies and Gentlemen…

    I present to you…

    El Mudo – Chacarron Macarron

    Edit:  — Ok, this
won’t be on for long I promise.  And the song may suck, yes, but
it is still extremely crazy.  What could be more funny than THIS?

  • Wow… what a night…

It’s just around 85-90 degrees in my room right now because my A/C is
broken… but I’ll go ahead and stick it out to tell ya about my
adventure.  I get a call from my bro (Action Andy) who is hangin
out with my brother Ben, sister Lori, and bro-in-law Andrew… along
with some other lady friend.  They were at Deep Fork Grill on I-44
& Western (excellent place) — So basically I was the DD to
    bricktown.

We arrived there and went to Maker’s pub.  I was 21 and “Forgot my
ID” — they said we couldn’t even hang out there with no drinks for
anybody if ONE person from the group didn’t have ID.  The waitress
was a complete bitch about it and she got the manager, to whom my
brother started a huge argument which was quite entertaining.  – I
am making this too long, so I will sum it up and try not to bore you.

So we stroll around Bricktown at 1am or so, and find a bar that is
pretty much empty (except for a little mexican guy that looked like
“Pedro” that couldn’t dance for crap) -  Had no problem getting in
there, had 3 Jagerbombs (awesome) and we went on our way… to NIGHT
    TRIPS.  Heh, oh yes.

Basically I used my brothers ID, and “it was my 21st birthday and I
have never had a true lap dance”  — so, being the good brother
Action Andy is, he went ahead and paid for two lap dances for me.
The first girl was a little skanky with a vibrating tongue ring, and
was really rough… but the second girl… well she was really
awesome & hot.  The second lap dance actually had *this* song playing in
    the
    background.

After that, more driving (sister was sober don’t worry) and my brother
Ben started talking shit with this bouncer guy who said he was gonna
call the cops, and he actually got his cell phone out and all.  It
got my sister all panicked and she backed into a concrete sign…
Thank God the Chrysler Pacifica has really awesome bumpers.  And
then off to IHOP, and now home.

If you didn’t read any of that, I don’t blame ya… I just felt the
need to talk about it… just a night of experience and a hell of a lot
    of fun

mmk I am hittin the rack.

    Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeah

  • Had a Double City Weekend…. had an awesome time

Went to Stillwater on Friday and met up with Andrew, Kim, Danielle, and
Stephanie — then headed off to an awesome party.  Met a ton of
people including some good lookin’ ladies.  Spent the night in
Andrew’s dorm and then headed back for Edmond which took only 45
    minutes!

Went to Norman later on with Aleesh Hueg and met up with all our Norman
buddies.  Watched the Longest Yard again in an OU Courtyard, then
headed back around 12:30.  Ran into a silver 350Z, let’s just say
he ended up being a little disappointed :)

Now I’m about to head off to the wellness center, talk to you guys later…

  • Well, so far college is pretty cool.  My Calculus professor
(Cooper) actually knows what he is talking about, and is writing a
textbook too, so it should be easier to learn.  As for my Biology
professor (Strawn)… doesn’t look too good.  My Health instructor
(Townsend) is cool, even though it looks like she could kick my ass…
    hard.

And Programming (Lynch) — My God, I’m getting out of this class.
Seems nice, but BORING like no other, and he mumbles more than
me.  Talks under his breath at the end of each
sentence.   My English professor, however… (Mulliken)
    –  well, her name is Jasmine.   She’s 25 or so… and
pretty hot.  And really awesome.  She was writing on the
dry-erase board and afterwards sniffed the marker and said “Oh yeah
thats good”  – then waved the fumes to the class saying “Get some
of that… it’s good!”  In a joking manner of course.

For all of you starting college, go to www.ratemyprofessor.com
    – I really wish I had this website to look at before enrolling.
Just sign up, look for your professors, nd see numerous reviews from
past students.  It will tell you what you have to look forward
too, and if you have one of those POS teachers that fool you into
thinking they are awesome at the first & second class.

For some reason I still have trouble with any kind of public speaking
(even if its just a class of 30 people) –  Proven by another one
of those “Introduce yourself” things that new teachers pull on
you.  S’alright, I’ll get over it.

I got pulled over again yesterday by a biker cop.  They just love
me I tell ya.  35 in a 25 — another warning.  Speaking to
cops is like 2nd nature to me know… “Sup sir, what’d ya catch me
    doin’?” — ok not really.

Ok Anne, I’m gonna steal some of your pictures from your Xanga — (I’m
out of new and interesting ones)   So, thanks in advance…
and this was BTS’05 last friday.  (Back-To-School ’05)

Big Z & Mike (nice pitstains!)

Yes, I was getting my ass handed to me by Zachers…

    Zach & Max

    Hasenbeck, Chris B., and Alissa

    Jenn Jenn & I

Billy rockin’, Tony & Tippin’ are having a mome’… and me, wtf.

I’ve never even been to Chicago.

You guys in Stillwater & Norman better give me a call for all the
parties you guys will be going to…  oh yes, I’m dead serious.

August 13, 2005

  • Alright, I’m updatin’…

College starts on the 22nd… I’m not sure if I am ready for it or
not.  Either way, God knows it will be awesome.  Not sure if
I explained my reasoning for UCO over OSU yet, but I felt that UCO was
a better school for me because…

    • Better School for Business
    • Closer to my friends in Norman at OU
    • Closer to Family
    • In between the two universities… so I can go to either school for awesome parties on the weekends
    • Better housing (I’ll be living in my house for the first
semester, then I’ll be getting an apartment or room with someone in a
      house)

Of course the drawback is the social life of a true college experience, and that’s what I’ll miss
out on most.  Especially after meeting an amazing girl like Kim -
finally a girl I can relate to and be myself around… and there’s gotta
be complications… I’ll find a way somehow.  I’m in the same boat
as Tony I think.  I still might go to OSU the 2nd semester or 2nd
year depending on how I like UCO.

    Schedule:
    MWF –

    - Calc 1 -  11-12:15

                           – Biology – 1-2

                      Tues & Thurs -

           – Healthy life skills – 1-1:50

           – Programming – 2-3:15

             – English – 3:30-4:45

           – Biology lab – 8-9:50am
    (thursdays)

Fun party last night.  Thank you Jennifer!

Anne made ALL of our friends a video/slideshow 2 weeks ago… thank you
Anne!  I’ve tried to compress the video to put it on here, but I
can’t find the right means to do so… but as soon as I do, I’ll put it
up for you all to see.

What else… Oh I saw Hide & Seek — wasn’t nearly as good as what
I’d heard, except for Andrew spouting out the line “DenirOwned!!!”
    -  that made the movie worthwhile.

I hope you all have a great last week of summer… and best of luck with college!

July 18, 2005

  • New post, new week.

Seems as if that week was a blur… summer’s just going by too
fast.  Saw “Kinsey” for the second time, quite an interesting movie,
I recommend it.  Saw “The Jacket”, “Closer”, and “Saw”… all pretty good
movies, “Saw” being really awesome..  I’ve heard “The Wedding Crashers” is hilarious,
even funnier than “The Longest Yard” -  I find it hard to believe,
    but miracles can happen.

A lot of talk about Harry Potter has been goin around, with the new
book coming out and all.  Reading has never been my thing… so
much that I stopped reading the Harry Potter collection half way
through the 2nd book. Not because it was bad, but because I hate
reading.  Will I ever read for fun?  Most likely never again,
    but who knows.

    Aimun had her going-away-to-paki-land party…  I was officially 1
hour and 20 minutes late.  You told me 7:30 Aimun!!
    Anyways, I’m gonna miss her…  :(

Went down to Norman, saw Tony, Mike,
    Kyle, and Billy’s apartment…  It’s pretty awesome.  I also
created a new blogring, so if you like to abreviate things… that’s
    your place.

I’m getting my wisdom teeth removed on Wednesday… so that’s gonna suck.
